Koice Quintanilla would score for Elkton in the top of the 7th to tie the game up at 3-3. Elkton wouldn’t wait long to take the lead as they would draw three straight walks to load the bases then Atkins would hit a 2RBI double to take a 5-3 lead. Jack Bourdon would also score for Elkton to extend their lead to 6-3. In the bottom of the 9th Bridgewater would have a chance as Garber and Mitchell would hit back to back singles with two outs but would end up stranded as Antonio Sosa would strike out looking to end the game.
