Most Valuable Player - Kevin Navedo, Clover Hill Bucks

Clover Hill Bucks shortstop Kevin Navedo has been named 2023 RCBL Most Valuable Player. Navedo led the league in batting average (.458), home runs (12) and RBIs (41). The 2021 Bridgewater College graduate is in his 4th year in the league.

Pitcher of the Year - Kirk Messick, RCBL Shockers

RCBL Shockers pitcher Kirk Messick was named 2023 RCBL Pitcher of the Year.  The three-time Pitcher of the Year went 8-0 and led the league in ERA (1.20).  He threw five complete games with three shutouts. Messick was previously named Pitcher of the Year in 2006 with the Broadway Bruins and in 2021 with the Shockers. He also holds the all-time season strikeout record with 131 set back in 2007.

Rookie of the Year - Logan Duff, Stuarts Draft Diamondbacks

Stuarts Draft Diamondbacks catcher Logan Duff was named 2023 RCBL Rookie of the Year. Duff was third in the league with a .397 batting average and was sixth in doubles with nine.
The Lynchburg native attends Randolph Macon.

Coach of the Year - Kevin Chandler, Clover Hill Bucks

Clover Hill Bucks manager Kevin Chandler was named 2023 RCBL Coach of the Year for leading the Bucks to a second place finish at 19-9. This is Chandler’s second time winning the award. The Bucks lead the league with 234 runs scored, 31 HR's, 194 RBI's and 434 total bases. Defensively, the Bucks had the highest fielding percentage  at .969 and the fewest errors with 27.
