RCBL Names All-Star Rosters

The RCBL has announced final details and the rosters for this weekend’s All-Star games. Dave Riggert will be moderating the All-Star activities starting with a Home Run Derby at 3pm with representatives from all eight teams:
Corbin Lucas, Bridgewater
Micah Canterbury, Broadway
Nick Stavros, Clover Hill
Josh Tayman, Elkton
Austin Nicely, Grottoes
Connor Houser, Massanutten
Tyler Smith, Montezuma
Caden Richter, Stuarts Draft
The Legend’s Game will begin at 4 pm with players representing 11 current and former teams. At 6pm all former Players, Coaches, Mangers, and Umpires are invited to be recognized with an on-field photo opportunity. Immediately following will be the induction of the 12 newest members of the RCBL Hall of Fame.
RCBL Hall of Fame Class 2024
Delegate Chris Runion, Virginia Senator Mark Obenshain, Congressman Ben Cline will present the league with resolutions commemorating the 100th Anniversary of the RCBL. The jam-packed day concludes with the All-Star game at 7:30pm. The East All-Stars will come from Elkton, Grottoes, Massanutten, and Stuarts Draft. The West All-Stars will be players from Bridgewater, Broadway, Clover Hill, and Montezuma. 
Commissioner Jeremy Washington stated "On behalf of the Rockingham County Baseball League, I'm thrilled to celebrate 100 years of baseball! We're proud to provide a platform for local athletes to compete, develop their skills, and foster a love for the game. We look forward to crowning this year's champion and continuing the league's rich tradition for years to come.  The All-Star game will prove to be very entertaining as both teams have selected very talented rosters."
